Project Manager

A Project Manager supporting Global National team will maintain and cultivate existing key account relationships and to develop relationships with new and potential customers by offering superior customer service and knowledge‐based solutions. This position requires the ability to multi‐task and effectively manage tasks and follow‐up tasks in a timely and organized manner. This position requires a high volume of verbal and written communication with key account clients, internal team members and vendors. The Project Manager will serve as the lead on multiple projects and will be responsible for all aspects of the project. The position is the liaison between sales, key accounts, and production to support the best outcomes for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for overall internal management of global and national customersField liaison for internal sales and national/global customersWorks with all DS Smith plants on program management and expectationsFacilitates RFI process for new customer opportunities.Assists in the coordination of RFQ’sResponsible for onboarding and implementation of new programs in NAParticipates in customer business reviewsMonitors pricing and overall profitability of customersMaintains national/global sales pipelineCoordinates input from field information for NAPP Sales Trading ReviewsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years project management, sales account management experience in Packaging or related industry required.Ability to complete RFQ's, request for information process, and projects on time and in fullExperience with Excel, Microsoft Office and IT literateStrong communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify the process or data
