Merchant Services Business Development

What You'll DoThe Merchant Services Business Development position will provide merchant services sales and support by communicating via phone and email. This position will help to educate, train customers and offer solutions based on customer needs.Additional Duties:Offer merchant services expertise to potential new customers - offering solutions based on customer needs.This will include but is not limited to:Calling new business opportunitiesWorking with Merchant Services Sales Manager to complete customer applications; disclose pertinent account and fee information.What You'll BringKnowledge of:Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong sales and customer service skillsMerchant services disciplinesAbility to:Advanced knowledge of merchant services products inter-workingsMulti-task and work independentlyComplete work in an accurate and timely mannerRespond to customer needs with urgencySolve problems independently while applying logic and discretionEDUCATION AND TRAININGRequires previous business/business sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing quota.Knowledge of merchant services preferred.Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.Busey values a diverse and inclusive workplace and strives to recruit, develop and retain individuals with exceptional talent.
