Contribute to the production of proposals and participate in client presentationsServe as a technical expertise resource to project engineers and technical staffAssist with strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leadersDevelop and coordinate project scope, establish project pricing and budgetsCreate and maintain project schedulesDevelop and maintain project specific quality plansManage financial budget for projects and allocate resources accordinglyManage subconsultantsNonessential Functions and Responsibilities
Perform other related duties as assignedRequired Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited programProfessional Engineer License10+ years' experience in specialized disciplineProject management and business development experienceQualifications Preferred
Experience working with local clients at the county and state levelProject management and business development experienceExperience managing multidiscipline project teamsBenefits

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
