Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!The Revenue Transaction Coordinator enthusiastically represents SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.Whatyou get to do:The Revenue Transaction Coordinator is responsible to perform all daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Transaction duties, including, but not limited to: revenue transaction input, filing, inventory report creation, Over/Short reconciliation report creation. This role supervises the receipt of funds from guests and team members, disbursement of funds, and recording of monetary transactions. You will also:Prepare daily deposit(s) including miscellaneous debit and credit transactionsPerform cashier duties in park to ensure positive customer flow while audits are completedPerform Park cashier and SOP audits as neededAssist with special projects in the Finance department as neededEnsure excellent customer (internal & external) service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needsEnter and reconcile daily sales from internal and external revenue systemsBack-office ticket printing responsibilitiesOccasionally assist other locations and areas throughout the park as neededOther duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:At least 18 years of ageHave a high school diploma or GED1-2 years related experience and/or training is preferredProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applicationsStrong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsStrong organizational and written/verbal communication skillsAble to write effective business correspondenceAble to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationAble to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to manage time wisely and set priorities effectivelyMust be able to work weekends and holidaysAble to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sometimes above head, handle, feel, stoop or kneelAble to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 50 poundsAble to stand, sit and/or kneel for prolonged periods of timeAble to positively interact with park guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needsAble to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., direct sunlight, wet and/or humid)Able to work in an environment with moderate noise levelsMust be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunitiesStrong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak EnglishCompensation: $16.85 per hourThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:FREE park admissionDiscounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friendsPark discounts on food, merchandise, etc.Scholarship opportunitiesExclusive employee events and giveaways
