As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirementsEnsure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivityGood working knowledge of all Quick Enterprise Systems (QuickTrac, QuickOnline/RX and Quick Oasis), particularly:All QuickTrac CS-related functionsQuickSTAT email program to include client email / contact group information updates.Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management teamTo undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of themanagement teamEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresUnderstand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customersEnsure compliance with all required training certificationsYour Skills and Experiences
Associate's degree2+ years of experience in Air Logistics Import/exportGood Reasons to Join
