What does the Customer Success Manager Digital Platform do at Swire Coca-Cola?We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to deliver Swire's ambitious goals for the new customer engagement platform. You will be responsible for assisting sales teams to deliver a smooth adoption of the new platform by our customers with continuous engagement as additional tools and feature upgrades are being added. Driving the partnership with Account Executives, you will execute the “Customer Registration and Adoption” plan aimed to reduce the cost-to-serve our customers while increasing engagement and loyalty.

ResponsibilitiesIn-person “white glove” training for high volume customers to help them onboard onto myCoke360, and gradually adopt all its capabilities.Internal employee training on platforms to support sales team customer roll out with special focus on new order building and cart injection tools along with additional features.Support roll-out through internal training, testing, and insights sessions to identify new product requirements for end users.Provide ongoing support for high-value customers on the customer engagement platform focused on the goal to adopt all features to reduce cost-to-serve, improve mix category purchasing, and increase revenue.Partner with Employee Experience and Development team to develop synchronous virtual training content for Field Sales and additional Customers through “Train The Trainer” activities and/or group training events.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or minimum 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Technical Coding, Project/Product Management, or Platform Administration required.6+ years of Sales Marketing experience required, with preference to CPG or Beverage.2+ years of training and mentoring direct reports on technical or digital platforms required.Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
