This individual should have deep knowledge of production planning and inventory control, understanding how data shapes our supply chain strategy. As an expert, they'll collaborate with Blue Yonder, The Coke Bottling partners IT group, and others on projects enhancing our capacity to reach our organizational objectives. The position also involves training production and deployment supply planners on tool utilization, optimizing inventory through effective system configuration, and exchanging best practices with peers. Additionally, the analyst will fully manage one of three Blue Yonder modules, while maintaining ongoing system change communications, and keeping the Supply Chain Support Manager updated on developments and actions.Responsibilities:Responsible for accurate system settings in SAP and Blue Yonder.Problem solving abilities with sourcing or problems that are presented from supply chain planners or other business partners.Proactively monitor Blue Yonder/SAP system settings to identify system performance gaps improving product availability and system execution.Business process lead (BPL) with The Coke Bottling partners IT group to support Swire lead and other initiatives.Power BI dashboard adherence/experience to measure system adoption and usage.Ongoing education to improve system knowledge and develop instruction for Sr and deployment supply planners.Future state planning initiatives, with heavy emphasis on digital supply chain design.Work with Mid-term planning group to implement optimal safety stock, inventory optimization and sourcing/replenishment settings.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics or Operations required.Some post-secondary studies in Supply Planning techniques - conferences, associations, certifications required.Combination of experience and time in position required.2+ years in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing required.2+ years experience in demand, inventory, supply network planning or materials management required.Experience in the Beverage industry with knowledge of warehousing, demand production financial and other aspects of the beverage industry required.Familiar with Blue Yonder systems a plus.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience in scenario planning.Strong analytical/quantitative skills.Familiarity with the Swire supply network preferred.Come and join our Sparkling team!Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
