Maintains office supplies including inventory and accountable for office supply budget. Fields front desk phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail. Extensive software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Manage front desk services, screen and forward voicemails, monitor and greet visitors, manage conference room calendarsProcess incoming and outgoing mailOrder office supplies, and manage office supply budgetStock office supplies and kitchen suppliesMaintain vendor relationships, handle payment of office vendor invoicesMaintain relationship with the building management including managing their online system to process work orders, forms for vendors and entering visitorsAssist with parking passes and parking requestsAssist with planning corporate meetings to include logistics, conference room booking, food and beveragesPlan and execute office events and partiesEnsure operations of office equipment and office spaceCoordinate safety efforts, including annual fire alarm drills, active shooter drills, ensuring the office is maintained to assure safe working environmentBackup to Executive AssistantAssist with projects and other duties as assignedSkills & ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED, BA preferred3+ years of experience in corporate environmentBuild a lasting career with us.
