Leading the FP&A Opex deliverables for D&A Finance Function and providing commercial insight, analysis, and decision support to senior management.Consolidating, analyzing, and providing information to management through monthly global/regional reporting packs and ad-hoc reporting decks.Conducting a robust month-end review process across the business/function.Lead/Support for financial analysis, modeling, validating, and tracking outcomes.Handling all the Synergy deliverables in collaboration with the Finance Business Partners and HR.Support end-to-end business reviews (MBRs) and budgeting process covering the entire P&L.Perform comprehensive analysis of OPEX and CAPEX, identifying month-to-month trends.Experienced in working in a matrix, global organization and influencing colleagues and partners.Work successfully in cross-functional and indirect teams.Ability to resolve key drivers of a result and clearly explain the "story".Inquisitive approach to resolve reasons and drivers that influence the business.Proficiency in interpersonal skills; communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence.High attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a view of the big picture and key objectives.Confident, eloquent, able, and willing to challenge peers and seniors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships with key partners both internally and externally.Analytical experience, with skills for problem-solving and decision-making.Highly numerate with advanced Excel/financial modeling and excellent analytical skills.Experience required:CA/MBA with 12 to 14 years of post-qualified experience, which includes FP&A and business activities (budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, strategy evaluation, analysis, and insight).Knowledge and understanding of ERPs and other financial systems.Excellent financial modeling, planning, and analytical skills.Confirmed ability to work in an environment leading multiple priorities.Consistent record of getting along with senior management.Proven ability to provide business partnering support.Excellent use of Microsoft Office packages, PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI/Query, Word, and other BI tools.Very strong communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues globally.Time-zone overlap with global partners and counterparts, as warranted.We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
