For this role, we are open to remote work in the United States.About the opportunity:As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector, you will use your extensive experience, domain expertise and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of Dayforce’s HCM Solutions to the public sector in the United States. You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique organizational challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Dayforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals.What you'll get to do:Be a passionate, enthusiastic storyteller who wants to be part of one of the most dynamic cloud companies.Be a key player in Dayforce’s field sales team to drive net new business sales and manage existing accounts in the Public Sector vertical.Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.Implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Dayforce’s products and portfolio.Use your US public sector experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Dayforce as the cloud partner of choice to ensure customer success.Skills and Experience we value:Experience and success selling into Public Sector from a direct, field sales position.Experience selling disruptive solutions in cloud / SaaS technology or business applications (preferably ERP / HCM / Financial planning).Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Dayforce solutions into the public sector.Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of a secure Cloud / SaaS architecture solution.Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliances.Proven success with transformational selling and strategy, creating a need for innovation within education, not-for-profits and government accounts.Experience as a leader in a team selling environment towards large enterprise organizations.Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize sales opportunities.Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Public Sector experience anywhere from 6-10+ years.What’s in it for you:Dayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
