Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technology Delivery Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage multiple complex pharmacy technology projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering successful outcomes. As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, building teams, and maintaining relationships with pharmacy operations. You will apply project development methodologies, assess priorities, and manage dependencies to optimize results within business constraints.In this role you will:Lead and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering successful outcomes.Collaborate with technical product owners, business process owners, engineers, and other leaders to ensure full alignment and drive activities to achieve aligned goals.Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports, and conduct necessary meetings to track progress.Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards, including documentation and reporting.Benefits and Perks

8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience.Extensive project management skills using various programs, including Microsoft Office applications, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.Advanced knowledge of project development, process mapping, budgeting, and timeline creation.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams, facilitate communication, and negotiate effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to challenge issues and adapt quickly to changes.
