Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This exciting opportunity involves joining a dynamic team focused on internal tooling to streamline and enhance support processes across teams.In this role, you will:Collaborate with various engineering systems teams to gather requirements, understand current support processes, and identify areas for improvement.Lead the implementation and configuration of customer support for the engineering systems teams, setting up projects, queues, reports, escalation paths, routing rules, and more.Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for using customer support, ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation.Work across teams to introduce consistency and efficiency in support processes, synthesizing opportunities for consolidation.Benefits and Perks

Required Skills:3+ years experience with SME experience in implementing D365 customer support across complex organizations.3+ years experience driving initiatives to completion and delivering results across a complex organizational landscape.3+ years experience with proven experience in technical customer support and introducing efficiency into customer support models.Preferred Skills:Track record of driving initiatives to completion and delivering results in a complex organizational landscape.Expertise in technical customer support and introducing efficiency into support models.
