Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement by managing various aspects of the research team's operations. This role offers the chance to work closely with a global team, create and implement new processes, and contribute to innovative employee engagement experiences.In this role you will:Drive and support the business operations over research operations tools and administration of licenses.Manage recruitment processes, liaise with external recruitment companies, and ensure compliance with data security and privacy.Assist with budget management for the design managers and participate in key projects, including team off-sites.Maintain a schedule, track deliverables, and facilitate effective communication within the team.Benefits and Perks

3+ years experience with UX research or Design tools.3+ years experience with using Microsoft office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse global team.Proven experience in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to challenges.
