Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. As a Program Manager in our Consumer Category Management team, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the planning, execution, and performance reporting of investments for Consumer products. This exciting opportunity involves working on large P&Ls, collaborating with global teams, and driving financial insights to optimize resources and foster business growth.In this role you will:Report on two P&Ls (RMI & OPEX), maintaining cost variance analysis models and identifying financial risks and opportunities.Conduct monthly and quarterly finance program performance reviews, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and escalating discrepancies when needed.Design, document, and own the finance monitoring program, providing insights to streamline financial operational processes.Work closely with category managers, finance partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and optimization of the investment portfolio.Benefits and Perks
