Backed by one of the largest North American infrastructure funds, Cologix's experienced leadership team, certified staff and commitment to ESG initiatives help form a culture that values our people, our environment and our clients.About the Position:In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall productivity and efficiency of our sales organization. You will ensure our sales organization is informed with the latest product offerings, strategic initiatives, and operational processes. You will act as the conduit between our technical teams and sales organization and will be responsible for creating content and tools to translate new builds into sellable opportunities. This role will be dynamic and will work cross-functionally across the business; responsibilities may shift as business requirements change.Ownership of sales enablement initiatives and reportingThought leadership for training, programs, and strategic initiativesCreation of content and tools to increase the effectiveness of our sales organizationServe as the primary point of contact for the sales organization for enablementLead training sessions as neededMonitor and report on adoption and success of enablement initiativesCollaborate with other departments to align on priorities that will have the largest impact on the success of the sales organizationWhat makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)7+ years of experience in a sales or channel enablement role; experience in sales engineering a plusProven track record of building and executing content plans, enablement programs, and sales communicationsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to make an impactCreative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is able to operate with limited informationHighly proficient with Microsoft suite of products, Salesforce.com, and content generation toolsVery strong written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in the data center, SaaS or telecom industry strongly preferredWe offer a competitive benefit package for full-time employees that includes:Medical, dental and vision insuranceFlexible spending account options401k Retirement PlanShort- and Long-Term DisabilityIndividual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
