About the Position:

The Cologix Financial Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A. Responsibilities include performing a variety of financial analyses and reporting to ensure timely, accurate and meaningful financial reporting and analysis. Additionally, this position will support the Company's budgeting and forecasting process and will help maintain the Company's reporting and forecasting model in Adaptive Insights. The position will interact with Company employees throughout all departments and levels, communicating financial results and gathering forecast inputs.

What you do daily:
  • Prepares and maintains in-depth analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting of financial and business performance
  • Prepares and maintains monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting of financial and operational performance as compared to business goals and objectives
  • Gathers inputs from departments across the business to support the annual budgeting process and long-range planning
  • Significantly contributes to generation of month-end and quarter-end reporting packages in addition to presentations for executives and outside investors
  • Maintains data fidelity and version control in NetSuite and Adaptive financial databases
  • Translates financial and basic accounting principles to non-finance and non-accounting staff
  • Significantly contributes to ad hoc financial analysis, scenario analysis and other work products as determined by the business

What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Professional experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis
  • Strong analytical skillset - comfortable working with large data sets to solve problems and answer questions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint
  • Ability to leverage advanced Excel formulas to summarize large data sets into meaningful charts/tables for executive-level reviews
  • Highly motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; has a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Adaptive Insights is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information when needed
  • Willing to ask questions, comfortable reaching out to individuals outside of the finance team to assist in the completion of tasks

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. This position will also be eligible for an annual bonus.

Salary Range

$80,000-$90,000 USD
