About the Position:This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the technology sales sector and gain experience solution selling to a wide range of enterprises, carriers, and partners. You will be responsible for generating incremental revenue through a named-account base combined with new logo outreach across the entire Cologix North American platform. Primary responsibilities will include solution based consultative selling, contract lifecycle management, renewals, customer and partner referrals as well as outbound prospecting in a business to business environment. This is a hybrid role responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as pursuing new business within the Western US markets.

You will carry an individual quota and will be responsible for retiring that quota on a monthly basis. Demonstrable understanding of the data center, real estate and telecommunications industries is a huge plus. Must display the highest integrity at all times, be fully capable with all communications internal and external to the organization, and exhibit strong funnel management, forecasting and quota attainment discipline.

What you do daily:Proactively identify new opportunities within existing customer baseMaintain existing revenue and reduce churnNavigate aggressive targets to grow company value while acting as a strong customer advocateExhibit diplomacy in building revenue streams that are mutually profitable for the company and solve the customer needsCollaborate with internal teams including commercials, operations, customer experience and marketing to generate and close opportunitiesSuccessfully prospect new opportunitiesMaintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing and strategyAccount planning, revenue forecasting and opportunity managementParticipate in trade shows and local area networking eventsManage CRM discipline for a high volume of activity

What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.Strong understanding of the data center, real estate and telecommunications industries.Minimum 2 years proven success in solution based selling, preferably in the technology sectorDisciplined in the use of CRM tool for forecasting and sales activity trackingTechnical understanding of the below preferred:Data Center InfrastructurePower InfrastructureTelco ConnectivityCloud / HyperScaler connectivityMust be articulate with a demonstrated consultative capabilityOrganizedCompetitive personalityThorough understanding of the sales processExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsCritical listener with effective questioningSelf-starter that does not need constant supervision to be effectiveAble to manage high activity level

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. This position will also be eligible for commission.

Salary Range:$95,000—$115,000 USD
