Your Team, Your Impact

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be a key contributor to Marvell's Global Data Center Sales team, offering critical analytical support to Senior Management. This new role is ideal for a highly independent and experienced professional who can navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment. The analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering insights that will drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You Can Expect

Revenue Forecasting & Funnel Management:

Provide critical support in forecasting revenue and managing the sales design funnel, ensuring accurate and timely projections.

Dashboard & KPI Development:

Design, implement, and validate operational dashboards and KPIs to measure sales productivity. Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics to support business decision-making.

Resource Allocation Analysis:

Analyze and provide insights for resource allocation, optimizing pipeline management while maintaining expense targets. Support Sales management with data-driven recommendations for efficient resource distribution.

Advanced Data Analysis:

Execute complex data analyses on pipeline management, conversion ratios, and cycle times. Produce comprehensive executive summaries and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

Project & Ad-hoc Management:

Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Demonstrate the ability to pivot and adapt quickly to new tasks.

Value-Added Analysis & Recommendations:

Provide actionable recommendations through deep analysis that supports key business decisions. Identify root causes of issues and effectively present findings to senior management.

Data Expertise:

Develop expert knowledge of in-house data sources, quickly extracting and analyzing data to drive decision-making. Become the go-to resource for data-related inquiries and analysis.

Account Management & Sales Support:

Provide ongoing account management support, working closely with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Assist in developing strategies to improve account performance and drive revenue growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & IT to enhance reporting and tracking systems, ensuring data integrity.

Training & User Support:

Lead training sessions for Sales and Marketing users on new systems, tools, and best practices. Serve as a resource for ongoing user support, ensuring efficient use of sales operations tools and processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.

6+ years of progressive experience as an analyst, preferably in the high-technology sector, with a strong preference for experience in the semiconductor industry.

Proven ability to influence strategy and drive change within a Sales organization; experience within a Sales organization and knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to senior management.

Ability to approach tasks with a strong sense of urgency, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, ModelN, Kinaxis, and Salesforce.com is preferred.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

91,200 - 134,980, $ per annum. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
