The HT Group is partnering with an organization that specializes in industrial AI solutions to find a

Sales Executive

for their Automotive market. This person will work with enterprise customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. We are looking for a driven sales professional with a background in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with experience working with automotive clients.Remote role (Austin TX, Detroit MI, or San Francisco CA preferred)Base of $120-140k + commissionResponsibilities:

Develop sales strategies to secure new business and build a strong pipeline.Identify and understand customer needs, tailoring our offerings to meet them.Use value-based sales techniques to assess ROI and structure deals effectively.Stay updated on consultative sales, technical solutions, and industry trends.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client experiences.Utilize sales and marketing resources to identify high-potential prospects.Simplify technical concepts for clear communication and manage customer expectations.Provide regular sales updates through reports on forecasts, pipeline status, and deal activities.Build deep knowledge of products, including their business, technical, and financial aspects.Requirements:

6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably working with the automotive industry.Prior enterprise sales experience required.Bachelor's degree required (technical background preferred).Strong skills in proactive prospecting and opportunity identification.Proven experience engaging with senior leadership and C-suite executives.Familiarity with value-based selling; knowledge of various sales methodologies is a plus.Understanding of AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI is beneficial.
