Senior Manager Estimating Services:

We are hiring a

Senior Manager Estimating Services

to lead the Estimating Services group for our

ServiceMaster Restore Brand . This role will lead the team providing Estimating Services to franchisees across the Network to include US and Canadian operations.

What you will do:

Set, monitor & manage both internal and external SLAs to achieve optimal performance.

Develop a QA process to ensure estimates are inspected regularly to compliance standards.

Onboard franchisees into the program to include both Admin and Technician training for each franchisee prior to starting estimating service.

Create, update, and maintain an SOP Manual that documents our current process and tools.

Report on monthly results including estimator performance, estimates billed & cycle time performance.

Maintain franchisee relationships on the estimating program to monitor satisfaction.

Ensure proper usage of Zendesk by Estimators.

Submit Monthly billing to the Director.

Participate in department conference calls and meetings.

Participate in industry-related conferences and annual conventions as needed.

Other Duties as assigned.

Hire, onboard, train, and manage Estimators to meet the needs of the program.

Regularly monitor team performance to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards are met.

Oversee team development, foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and share knowledge.

Excellent presentation skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business or industry experience required

Level 2 or Higher Xactimate Certification
