Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.SciTec is seeking a Project Engineer / Control Account Manager for an agile software development program executed from our Boulder, CO office. The CAM is responsible for leading, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account.Responsibilities

Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties to include budget and work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, provide schedule status on tasking in IMS, and variance reportingEffectively manage control account performance, elevate concerns or issues to the Chief Engineer, Program Management, and other relevant CAMsProvide timely and accurate insight into key program impacts or opportunities to the Program ManagerIdentify and implement corrective actions thorough close monitoring control account executionParticipate in Integrated Baseline ReviewProvide leadership support ensuring overall success of the programOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline with 6 years of professional experience5+ years’ industry experience with time managing Government Technical ProgramsPrevious CAM or lead experienceExperience on EVMS programExcellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skillsDetail orientedGood verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills
