As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will work cross functionally, and across regions if required. You will orchestrate internal teams as well as partners along the Sales Process to ensure the customer is provided with an effective and knowledgeable service.With personal impact and gravitas, you will be comfortable around the C-suite customers. With a consultative selling approach, you will be able to position the full Genesys portfolio to the customer without effort. We expect you to step into the customer's shoes to help them see how they can reap the benefits our products will bring them. You can do this because will have a deep understanding of industry drivers, challenges, and expected business outcomes.In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Taking appropriate actions to increase our net logos and winning Cloud business by meeting prospective customers and developing a deep understanding of their current and future environment.Develop strategic account plans for your accounts and execute the plans you have designed.Effectively communicating Genesys strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers, connecting them to the customers' business, and sharing a compelling plan on how Genesys can help solve the customer's business challenges.Pulling in overlay expertise to support value realizationProactively identifying and managing customer concerns or risks to guide the customer to the best-fit offer.Helping to facilitate a smooth transition from pre-commit through to implementation.Negotiating afinancialwin/win solution for the client and Genesys,to close thedeal and strengthen the relationship for the futureYou will do all of this while maintaining a vibrant pipeline for consistent success, building new relationships, and maintaining longstanding relationships. Additionally, you will constantly be an advocate for the upsell and cross sell opportunities with existing customers and at all times a Brand Ambassador for Genesys.Qualifications:7+ years' experience of software sales experienceStrong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience in managing complex sales processesFamiliarity and comfort with subscription salesProven success with working at C suite levelTrack record on achieving and exceeding sales targetsAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise mannerBS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experienceAbility to travel up to 50%Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus

opportunities.$94,800.00 - $186,000.00
