to empower anyone to create scalable, world-class software .Why we’re hiring:More and more people are turning to No-Code to build the software they need. Since our launch in 2021, we have helped over 40,000 users build their backend using Xano. To date (Sep 2023), all our growth has been organic/word-of-mouth, and we’ve been fortunate that our growth has been steady. As we look at our goals in the next 24 months, we need a seasoned account executive to work alongside the CEO to determine the most effective Sales process for mid-market and enterprise organizations.Who we’re looking for:A full-stack Account Executive who can execute the full sales cycle, from cold calling and lead generation, to getting on a plane to close a deal. They embrace the hustle with enthusiasm and have a dedication to innovating strategies that enhance the repeatability of our existing sales framework.What you’ll be doing:Develop an intimate knowledge of who our customers are:

Work with the CEO and company leaders on customer segmentation and key personas. Establish ICP(s) over time.Understand the customer journey and customer lifecycle:

Have an intimate understanding of each customer persona and the journey they take based on their segmentation. Understand success at each part of the customer lifecycle including key activation/conversion triggers.Help to establish GTM Buckets from our self-serve user base:

Not every customer is created equal. Help to segment different customers based on firmographic information and success in the product. Carve out Sales-assist opportunities based on customers who meet the criteria for a sales motion.Perform market and customer research through conversation:

Understand what matters in and beyond our category through conversations with economic buyers. Feed learnings back into the organization so we can shape and evolve our positioning.Help to shape and evolve product positioning and objection handling:

Help us tell the story of what Xano is, why we’re different, and why the world should care.Help to shape our pricing strategy:

Work alongside our finance leader to test pricing that is aligned with the value that the customer gets from using Xano.Establish a tight relationship with Marketing:

Work closely and collaboratively with marketing to shape the evolving value propositions and objection-handling collateral.Be KPI-obsessed and process-driven:

Establish KPIs and calculate ROI for everything you do. As you help uncover things that are working, build a process around it so future team members can hit the ground running. Be religious about documenting customer touchpoints so we can learn and improve from each sales interaction we have.Help to drive sales forecasts:

Once we figure out a repeatable process that’s working, you’ll help shape forecasts around how we can maintain sustained and eventually predictable growth.Make recommendations on tooling and operations:

We leverage Hubspot to keep track of sales touchpoints. You’ll help make our processes as streamlined as possible by working with our operations teams and making recommendations on tools.Effective at breaking down complex topics:

Ability to effectively explain technical concepts in easily understood language.Aptitude for learning:

Prior experience or aptitude for learning programming concepts and a technical product.Have a customer-first mentality:

Have a solid understanding of how to empathize with the customer, understand their pain, and sell them Xano as a solution if it can truly help them.Enthusiastic and Team-oriented:
