Responsibilities:Develop and execute annual sales plan and tactics aligned with growing a geographic territory.Account management, including managing existing accounts. Requires account planning monthly.Prospect new customers and develop existing customers.Thorough technical knowledge of BCS products, services and applications including ability to develop proposals in response to requests for quotation.Seek new market opportunities, including bid-spec work, utilizing Construct Connect (construction database)Drive specifications towards BC&S offerings, with assigned consulting engineers.Develop presentation materials for decision makers including specifying engineers, design-build contractors, and contractors describing BCS competitive advantages and value proposition.Team with Technical Solutions team, in building customer relationshipsWork with Technical Solutions team on customer training and calendar, supporting sales objectives.Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM/Hubspot, estimating team) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities within accounts. Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close.Attend and present at trade shows. Participate in professional organizations to grow market.Travel, as needed, to support territory.Qualifications:HVAC/Controls/BAS sales experiencesExperience prospecting and maintaining accounts.Experience with Building Automation/Mechanical contractors and end user (Commercial) businesses.
