We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. You will spearhead the development and implementation of our marketing strategies across a number of different channels to boost brand awareness, attract prospects, and retain customers. Your expertise in managing campaigns will be pivotal in targeting developers interested in time-series solutions, from individual self-service clients to major Fortune 500 companies. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize efforts, optimize lead generation, and accelerate deal closures. Your strategic, data-driven approach will ensure that every marketing decision contributes to our revenue goals. This position not only demands a creative mindset but also requires a hands-on, results-oriented attitude to drive significant outcomes and deliver consistent, scalable successes.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel global campaigns (emails, webinars, advertising, field events) to drive leads and the sales pipeline.Partner closely with Sales and Content teams to optimize demand generation campaigns for our target audiences.Work with our events manager to develop our trade show and virtual event presence.Become a principal administrator of email marketing campaigns, overseeing technical setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.Collaborate with SDR teams to educate them on campaigns and follow-up strategies while also monitoring the execution and outcomes of these follow-ups.Develop and support ABM plays by partnering with marketing, content, and sales.Work closely with sales and marketing operations to support and develop processes and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.Continuously monitor and seek opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.Manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.

We'd love it if you have:4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused companyA highly motivated, self-starter attitude, who thrives wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced organization.The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Proven experience developing and executing demand generation and digital marketing campaigns and programs that drive conversions and sales pipeline.Experience monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs.Experience with Salesforce and Marketo.Strong communication and disciplined project management skills with ruthless attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have:Experience in the Wrike project management tool, Drift, Chili PiperDatabase or IT industry experience
