As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for creating the strategy for and the delivery of engaging, value-rich training and onboarding programs that result in optimizing revenue generation in alignment with organizational initiatives.You'll work directly with our go-to-market (GTM) team to increase performance and deliver a value-based approach to our customer-facing activity.Job Responsibilities:

Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales repsWork with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programDetermine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholdersCommunicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholdersBuild a trusted relationship with sales repsServe as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teamsCoordinate educational content for ongoing trainingFacilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teamsGather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategyUse performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teamMaintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers needRequirements:

4+ years experience in a high-performance, SaaS sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and developmentA strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training. Sales background - big advantage.Experience with content management and learning management systemsAble to build internal relationships with sales and marketingFast learnerStrong executor, with excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProactive, resourceful, and motivated
