Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive- Sr. Living to join our integration business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:Generate revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, forecasting and closing sales.Achieve revenue and gross margin targets set by management.Initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and closing sales.Develop and maintain a business capture strategy, targeting markets, clients, and revenue.Identify and develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.Develop and present timely, organized, and consistent proposal/bid packages.Maintain strong industry knowledge sufficient to be viewed as a technical resource by prospective clients.Basic Qualifications:Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.3+ years experience in a similar position.Read/understand technical drawings and programming guides.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; with excellent presentation skills.Interface effectively with clients and peers, as well as executive level management.Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other company software.Excellent organization and planning skills, able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, effectively interacting with internal and external customers.Preferred Qualifications:College Degree.Disclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
