Field Sales Executive

Earn circa £50,000 (base and commission) plus company car and fuel card

Field Based - covering Northumberland

Working Pattern - Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm on a shift pattern and Saturday's on a rotational basis (37.5 hrs per week)

Are you ready to be part of our sales function? We're seeking dynamic Field Sales Executives who thrive on challenge, innovation and achieving our ambition. If you're passionate about sales and customers, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

THE TEAM

Join our dynamic and expanding field sales team, where you can elevate your sales career! As part of an energetic and supportive group, you'll be out in the field meeting with customers face-to-face, sharing and promoting our top-tier services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Identifying and closing warm sales leads in door-to-door interactions

Managing your time effectively to meet sales targets and maximize customer contact

Building a positive reputation and enhancing GoFibre's community presence

Contributing creative ideas and solutions to help achieve team KPIs

Optimising customer referrals and endorsements to expand connections to the GoFibre network

Using cutting-edge IT systems that enhance customer interactions and help close deals quickly

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Friendly and effective communicator with proven success in door-to-door customer sales

Experienced in managing sales pipelines to consistently meet and surpass targets

Adaptable to a wide range of customer needs, ensuring personalised solutions for everyone

Knowledge of fibre broadband networks is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable

Dedicated to providing excellent customer service to clients from all backgrounds

Full UK Driving License
