Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division in Central Texas Region.You will be mainly accountable for:Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with Channel Partner(s) and assigned electrical contractors, at all levels of their organizations.Planning and implementing multifamily and single family residential sales strategies to maximize market share and margin; motivate Electrical Contractors to prefer ABB products over the competition.Educating Channel Partner(s) and electrical contractors about differentiating products with technical presentations.Identifying target customers and leading marketing strategy for San Antonio market base.Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or GED with 8+ years experience.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about us
