This position will have direct responsibility for land and site development projects, including overseeing project design, managing staff, and interacting with clients. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing existing clients, managing a production team, and leading project delivery.Requirements:Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain within 6 months preferred6 years minimum experience working in Land Development design projectsWorking knowledge and experience with plans productionProficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staffStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and successCompany Overview:
