Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degreeMust have a minimum of 8 years of experience in public works or transportation project deliveryProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license required (Arkansas preferred)Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staffClient interaction and development along with project productionStrong communication skills, both written and verbalThe candidate should have a positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player and a person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and successMunicipal and DOT roadway design experience preferredWorking knowledge of MicroStation, Inroads and OpenRoads preferredCompany Overview:
