Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS)At least 5 years of demonstrated management experience as Licensed SurveyorExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and mentor Survey TechniciansAbility to successfully manage projects including developing scope of work, schedule, and feeSupports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals.Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.Preferred Requirements:
Experience with DOT or Land Development projects is a plusTechnical understanding with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D or Openroads MicroStation is a plusExperience with various municipalities in San Antonio, McAllen, or Brownsville area is a plus.Company Overview:
