Shift depends on the highest store traffic times, typically 10am-7pm. Fri- Mon. Flexible 5 hour days- (your time choice). Sobieski business needs are typically 20 hrs. per week. Potential to transition to FT

The Lead Generator’s primary responsibility is to obtain leads for the Residential HVAC Install Sales department. Lead Generators (LGs) work in our partner locations (Home Depot stores) to find prospects who want/need to replace their current heating and/or air conditioning systems. LG’s secondary goal is to create a future customer that Sobieski can nurture with other service offerings.

lead generators who assertively pursue leads by engaging customers in conversations, by offering marketing materials and by seeking customers throughout the store and engaging with store employees to educate them regarding products and services we offer.

This role pays a competitive hourly rate plus commission.

Previous HVAC experience is not required as we provide extensive training and support.

Responsibilities:

Review customer HVAC requirements and present suitable options by selling comfort solutions, not equipment.

Create accurate and complete proposals using our best-in-class fully integrated software – seamlessly convey the equipment requirements to the customer and to our installation teams.

Consummate follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated sales ability in previous roles.

Customer Service or Sales experience a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Possess basic computer skills.

Demonstrate clear, legible handwriting.
