Assistant Parks and Recreation Director in the City of Brentwood, CA
Salary range : $144,125 - $175,185Summary of duties : Plan, direct, and evaluate the programs and services of the Parks and Recreation Department including construction, development, maintenance and repair of City parks, landscape areas and associated equipment, and facilities and buildings; oversees preparation and implementation of the Department's Operating budget and applicable Capital Improvement budget; oversees the development of the City's park system, open space, trails, and landscaped parkways; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies; directly oversees administrative staff; provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director; serves as Acting Director in Director's absence; performs other related duties as required.Reports to : Director of Parks and Recreation
