to learn how our diverse and innovative team is helping connect, protect, and power our planet.As the Product Engineering Manager in the Power Management BU, you will lead a team of Product Engineers responsible for the development, qualification, and release of new Power Management semiconductor products while maintaining an active portfolio of released products. This role requires a hands-on manager who drives innovation, yield improvement, and product quality in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using rigorous statistical methods and leadership expertise. You will interface with various teams, including Design, Applications, Test, Packaging, Reliability, Operations, and Quality Engineering, to ensure products exceed customer expectations. The role also involves managing team performance, providing mentorship, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the group.Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Engineers. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and support professional development to meet both individual and team goals.New Product Introduction (NPI): Oversee the product engineering deliverables for NPI, including test plan development, validation, and production release. Ensure timely completion of NPI milestones and address technical challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Test Strategy & Optimization: Lead the development and implementation of test strategies for wafer, die-sort, and final packaged devices. Drive test cost reduction and efficiency improvements through innovative solutions.Data Analysis & Yield Improvement: Oversee thorough test data analysis on initial product designs and revisions during the product development cycle. Identify areas for yield improvement and implement corrective actions using statistical analysis (e.g., SPC, ANOVA, CPK). Provide regular reports and updates on performance to internal stakeholders and customers.Product Sustaining & Quality: Manage sustaining efforts for existing products, ensuring manufacturability, product quality, and performance meet customer requirements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, product quality, and cost efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key interface between Product Engineering and other departments, including Design, Test, Packaging, and Quality Engineering. Collaborate with global teams to drive alignment on product and process improvements.Project & Resource Management: Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of products to market. Balance resources across multiple projects and adjust priorities as needed to meet business goals.Customer Support: Provide technical guidance and support to address field issues, customer returns, and qualification challenges. Collaborate with customers on product performance expectations and resolve issues with data-driven solutions.Change Management: Lead Change Projects (CPs) to introduce process improvements, new test methodologies, and product enhancements. Ensure smooth transitions with no disruptions to quality or production.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.Experience: 10+ years of experience in semiconductor Product Engineering with at least 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers. Strong background in Power Management semiconductor technology preferred.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in statistical analysis methods (e.g., Spotfire, JMP, Excel).Experience with Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal semiconductors, PMIC, motor control, and battery management ICs.Experience with ATE systems like Teradyne and Advantest.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams. Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.Travel: Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as needed, approximately 4 weeks per year.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders across multiple time zones.Additional Qualifications:
