In this role, you will put your talent and education at work to impact the organization by helping to solve critical HR challenges. You will work with a knowledgeable and supportive HRBP team, who will be happy to have you bring fresh ideas to our highest priority HR projects and initiatives, exposing you to a variety of HR functions throughout the organization including University Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Systems, and Employee Relations. This will be an opportunity to see the full breadth of projects and responsibilities that make the HR function a strategic partner. This will bring continuous on-the-job learning opportunities as you’ll develop into acting as an employee advocate and a coach to business leaders.What You Will NeedBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field strongly preferred - 3.0 minimum overall GPA0-2 years of professional experienceInternship experience in an HR capacityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to listen and gather informationAbility to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilitiesExcellent follow-up skills and attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively with others to solve problems and improve processesProficient in Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn fast any HR management systemA sense of initiative and focus on achieving deadlines and resultsAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and internal customersSelf-motivated with sound judgmentThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship by the company.MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
