Responsible for the proper opening and closing of the Golden Dome and Frederick Douglass FieldAssists the Facilities Director with the operation of the Golden Dome and Frederick Douglass FieldEnsures student workers attend their scheduled time and stationNCAA game set-up and breakdown/game day operationGame-day ticket sale/record keepingManage internal and external rental eventsPosition Status

Part TimeHours Per Week: 19.75Daily Work Shift: RotatingWork Arrangement: Fully on-siteFLSA: NonexemptPosition Salary: up to $18.50/hrTerms of Appointment: Temporary Staff Appointment - HourlyQualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred experience in a Supervisory roleBasic computer knowledgeRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must be able to multitask and handle a diverse range of responsibilitiesRequires excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong computer literacyMust be able to prioritize multiple tasks and interact successfully with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the University communityPhysical Demands and Work Environment
