Title: Business Development AssociateLocation: RestonType: Full TimeKey Responsibilities:● Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis. Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads.● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets. Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions and maximize opportunities.● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.● Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on client insights.● Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.● Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT and cybersecurity space. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client conversations.Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.● Proven track record of 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.● Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.● Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity products/services.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.● Relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
