Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets. Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions and maximize opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on client insights.Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT and cybersecurity space. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client conversations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Proven track record of 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity products/services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
