Your future starts now.What you will doProvide excellent service within our call center for our customers’ retirement savings accountsEducate and empower our customers without having to make cold calls or salesCommunicate critical plan updates and changesProcess contribution changes, loans, and withdrawalsProcess general account changes upon direction from the customerWhat you will bringAvailability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday with an occasional SaturdayAssociates degree or higher

AND

at least one year of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking)

OR

Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
