Providing oversight, management and tracking of key deliverables, assignments due to and from Sr. ManagementPlanning and scheduling meetings and events with internal and external parties (e.g., our regulator, market participants, Sr. Management, Townhalls, etc.)Using discretion and judgment in running complex and dynamic executives’ calendars to ensure their time is used most effectivelyPotentially monitoring executives’ email, when requested, for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence and issuesReviewing and editing outgoing communications and presentationsPreparing expense reports for the executives and reviewing those of their direct reports for accuracy and alignment with company policyEstablishing and handling office protocols ensuring that administrative practices support the corporate mission and strategic goalsGreeting customers in person or on the telephone, as well as answering and directing inquiriesCompleting other ad hoc assignments and projects, as assignedServing as a backup to others as neededQualifications:

10+ years of administrative supportHigh school degree, with college preferred, or equivalent work experience.Highly proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), to include Outlook and SharePointShown success providing executive administrative support to executive leaders is a plusKeen attention to detail, sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretionAbility to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterpriseAbility to function autonomously and proactively, working independently on a variety of assignments with minimal oversightKeys to Success in this Role:
