The Partner Success Manager guides the transformation of our reseller channel to deliver world-class customer success practices and services. You will manage the relationship with our strategic partners by being attentive to their immediate needs in driving new service offerings and Customer Success motions and providing structured programs to help them achieve their goals.We are a global team of Partner Success Managers, and you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Success as part of the global Partner Success Organization in Global Channel Sales.As you will cover multiple countries and partner types, you will work in a hybrid role, and traveling will be a requirement as partners need direct and personal attention.Responsibilities

Assess, develop, document, and track a detailed annual Customer Success (CS) strategic development plan in collaboration with the partner leadership and partner teams to lead customer success organizational transformation for large customers.Help Partners accelerate the adoption of new solutions by prioritizing projects and supporting activities that deliver the best return on investment within the shortest timeframe.Define governance plans, establish teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and partner contracts.Consult with Partners in developing a strategic roadmap/Customer Success Plan for their strategic customers to ensure the successful and broad adoption of Autodesk solutions.Monitor partner capacity models and advise partners on development opportunities by applying Autodesk Accelerators.Monitor program effectiveness with Partners and their Customers and make recommendations for change.Lead coordinated business reviews with our strategic partners and coordinate with assigned Autodesk team members to assure there is agreement on outcomes and transparency on progress.Deliver a quarterly in-depth partner CS practices and services progress report and hold Quarterly Business Reviews.Minimum Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in Partner Management or Customer Success and experience working with C-Level staff as this is a very strategic and influential role.Experience conducting quarterly business reviews, detailing adoption and progress, and sharing new business ideas and plans with partners.Ability to keep people accountable to deliver.Project Management capability in past roles.Fluent and negotiation-proof in English (any other language is a welcome addition).About Autodesk

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $109,400 and $176,990. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
