Minimum Requirements
A 4 year degree
1+ years of teaching experience, working with children.
1+ years of management, customer service, or sales experience is nice to have
An enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality
Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student’s time at Huntington is memorable
A confident and flexible demeanor
Outstanding communication skills
Responsibilities
Reviewing student programs and making adjustments to ensure academic achievement
Scheduling tutoring sessions to match students with tutors
Administering Academic Evaluations for incoming students
Generating reports for Center Director/Manager
Managing the office
Monitoring daily center activities, resolving any arising issues
Teaching/Instructing students occasionally
Managing marketing programs, and participating in local marketing activities to grow your Center’s tutoring and test prep business
Flexible work hours, but should be available 10-6:00pm Mon-Fri, 9-3pm Sat as needed. Core hours 12-5pm Mon-Thur, 10-1pm Sat.
