Job Posting: Sales/Marketing/ Admissons Director (The Preserve of Roseville)

Salary plus commission-based

Overview: The Preserve of Roseville, a licensed Assisted Living Facility, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales/Marketing/Admissions Director.

This position will build strategic professional relationships and partnerships with care programs, community partners, and families in support of occupancy and budget goals/objectives. Building relationships and continuous follow up with prospective residents and families will be a key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and Maintain Occupancy Goals:

Work towards and maintain occupancy goals.

Marketing Plan Development:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

Inquiry Management:

Manage the inquiry database, documenting all interactions with prospects and their families.

Marketing Collateral Preparation:

Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.

Prospect Follow-Up:

Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries with the goal of securing admissions.

Building Tours:

Conduct daily tours of the facility.

Collaboration with your team:

Work closely with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to coordinate assessments and move-ins.

Community Engagement:

Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships. Work closely with the Activity Director to collaborate on community events!

Outreach Coordination:

Lead and coordinate outreach activities, ensuring effective information sharing and partnerships.

Public Speaking and Representation:

Represent the building at external committees, conferences, and seminars as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work or a related field.

Experience in Marketing coordination or a similar role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) for creating marketing materials.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience in Assisted Living is a plus.

Experience in outside referral sources is a plus.
