Zatarain’s benefits include, but are not limited to tuition assistance, medical & dental, disability, group life insurance, 401(k), defined contribution plan, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.Purpose of the role:Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the S&OP /IBP Supply Plan for a highly complex (multiple supply routes-inbound & outbound) and/or very high volume portfolio (over 650 skus), including the balancing and management of inventory, customer service requirements, and total cost to meet finished goods demand with optimized total delivered costs [TDC]. Manage the customer service, planning, capacity utilization, sourcing location mapping (Intercompany & Co-Man), materials management (RM, PM & FG), data and inventory management at SEA production sites, and Distribution centre (DC) to support both Consumer & FS business strategies. Responsible to execute strategy projects to augment Assured Supply Chain strategy - including setting up Project Fireworks Hub.Provide a logistics strategy for the SEA inbound & outbound supplies which aligns with the business needs and provides a framework for the delivery of business improvement projects.Put in place plans for recruitment, training and development of planning, Customer service, logistics, material handling and data staff in order to promote best-practice across SEA markets.Drive the setup of New Distribution Centre in Thailand to serve the SEA markets with one shop solution. Based on the aligned End to End processing and Infrastructure requirements outlined by stakeholders, drive the implementation to smooth operation of new hub in the Free trade zone. Establish and implement clear Turnaround times from order to servicing for consumer products from NA, AU, PH, EMEA and other new routes. Build strong network with internal stakeholders and establish right process in managing related parties and logistic vendors (25%).Manages the end-to-end supply for SEA category of products balancing service, cost, and working capital objectives. Direct responsibility for creating supply plans and indirectly influences demand plans in collaboration with the responsible demand planner for the product, in order to meet finished good demand at optimized total delivered cost and Lead time management (20%).Responsibilities:Responsible to achieve optimization/reduction targets through the development, planning, and implementation of inventory management programs across Raw, Packaging, WIP and Finished Goods. Identifies, quantities, and leads projects to reduce inventory within the product category. Configures the end to end supply chain: Defines inventory de-coupling points, Develops replenishment strategies, Sets supply chain parameters in alignment with sites, e.g. batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, lead times, and Ensures planning parameters (e.g. safety stock, lead times) are effectively implemented (20%).Leads team members in supply planning and provides indirect leadership to demand planner responsible for portfolio. Provide coaching, thought leadership, opportunities for personal development, and ensuring a continuous improvement mindset (10%).Drive management and problem-solving of forecast error impacts, supply and inventory plan variances, including unexpected demand, to ensure appropriate communication and actions with customer service, sales planning, marketing, operations and the customers as appropriate within the short-term horizon (i.e. less than 2 months). Accountable for resolving end to end issues within the short-term exception management process. Leads root-cause analysis related to service issues and implements corrective actions to resolve and pro-actively avoid in the future. Works directly with sales and customer service to allocate limited finished goods within the short-term horizon and collaborates on options within the longer time horizon in the IBP (15%).Develop & Maintain scorecards with set targets for the planning, Customer service & logistics functions to improve the following:YoY improvement of CCCYoY improvements to ITO and working capital managementService level attainment of 98.5% + (OTIF, DTR)Freight costs to budgetP&L impact on all business unitsCCIForecast error & BiasExperience:

10+ years cumulative experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, or Supply Chain consulting. Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP/PPDS Optimizer) & Advanced Planning Systems. Experience in managing diverse portfolios of $50-500M in NSV (Net Sales Value) including key strategic growth drivers and platforms. Experience with multi-Plant, multi-Copacker, and sources of Supply from outside of SEA. Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Word. Experience with other digital platforms based on inventory optimization software.Education:

BSc / B Tech (A recognised tertiary qualification in planning or supply chain.
