As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be responsible for providing customer and sales support for the Global Mobility Business Unit. This involves handling specialty and complex accounts while maintaining a favorable market posture and financial position in a supply chain environment. This position has a significant impact on existing and future business opportunities and relationships. You will work cross-functionally and globally with Supply Chain, Business Development, Business Analytics, Logistics, Legal, and Finance departments. This a fast-paced role and its responsibilities will continue to expand as the business grows.Key Responsibilities:

Providing high quality and timely customer service and support for Gates' customers by being the primary contact for requests, questions, and problem resolution.Managing the Customer Inbox and perform daily order management.Evaluating current open sales orders and perform necessary analysis for reallocation, forecasting, reconciliation, and resolution to meet customer and business needs.Working directly with Supply Chain to provide necessary order and customer information, supplier quality assurance, and inventory adjustments.Responsible for successful coordination with Gates' production facilities and shipping areas (distribution centers) to meet customer goals and revenue forecast.Taking a leadership role and provides guidance, training, and work direction to global sites and shipping areas.Working within Excel, Oracle, Smartsheet and other systems to capture and manage relevant data and provide requested analysis.Responsible for interfacing with customs compliance requirements for international shipments and working with Legal on customer compliance requests.Providing Finance team with key customer revenue forecast and month end data through open order and allocation analysis.Working with Engineering and Business Development to coordinate customer samples.Understanding our products and capabilities to provide customer education and direction.Coordinating with Business Development and Marketing for tradeshows and expos to help leverage customer relationships.Completing and managing customer and supplier invoices by working with Finance teams.Working on wide-ranging continuous improvement projects by assisting in the design, test, and implementation of new processes, standards, and workflows.ABOUT YOU

Preferred: BS/BA or equivalent with 1 year+ of Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Supply Chain experience.Willingness to continuously learn and develop while taking on new customers and assignments.Focused and team-oriented individual with the ability to work with limited supervision.Ability to understand customer and business requirements and the long-term ramifications to any future business.Strong data analysis skills: can apply analytical skills to problems to identify and recommend solutions when dealing with complex assignments.Attention to detail and accuracy. Resourceful and self-managing.Applies extensive knowledge of the business in establishing priorities and work plans.Must be responsive to unscheduled requests, to shift tasks and maintain priorities while handling complex multi-faceted assignments.Requires decisiveness and willingness to solve planning and customer issues.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite specifically Excel. Experience in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, BPICS a plus.Requires the ability to plan, organize, schedule, prioritize, and negotiate options to create best solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to facilitate collaboration in global and multi-cultural teams.Ability to identify and drive process improvements as well as taking a team leadership role and provide guidance and work direction to plants and shipping areas.Must be well organized, a strategic thinker, strong intellectual capacity, creative and innovative.Disciplined and assertive when making daily decisions that support the guidelines and policies as established by the Global Mobility Business Unit and Gates Corporation.Excited to work in the office with great teammates.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.PAY & BENEFITS

Full-Time: $60,000 - 70,000Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire.Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
