As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will play a crucial role in designing, evaluating, and administering employee benefits programs. You will ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant with legal requirements, and aligned with the company's overall objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of benefits strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Key responsibilities:

Administer benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans.Conduct regular reviews and analysis of existing benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.Collect and analyze data to identify trends.Support in vendor relationships.Collaborate with HR team members and external consultants on benefits strategy and compliance matters.Educate employees and provide guidance to resolve complex benefits issues and inquiries.Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communications, training, and system updates.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to employee benefits.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding benefits program performance and recommendations for improvement.Participate in special projects related to benefits, such as mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations.ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree required.4+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR field.In-depth knowledge of employee benefits regulations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.Excited to work in the office with great teammates.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.PAY & BENEFITS

Full-TimeSalary Range: $60,000 - $70,000Not bonus eligibleRelocation is not providedMedical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hireEligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
