The Global Supply Chain Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations on a global scale. This role ensures that goods are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched from various warehouse locations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. The Warehouse Manager will lead global teams, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align warehouse operations with overall supply chain strategies.Job Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

Includes the following:Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all global warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory management across multiple regions.Inventory Control: Ensure that inventory levels are accurately tracked and maintained, reducing discrepancies, preventing overstocking or understocking, and ensuring product availability.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve accuracy and speed of deliveries.Technology Utilization: Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to monitor performance, ensure real-time inventory visibility, and streamline processes.Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouses adhere to safety regulations, global compliance standards, and company policies regarding health, safety, and security.Team Management: Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams in multiple locations, ensuring clear communication and consistent practices across all sites.Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods to and from warehouses, optimizing routes and reducing lead times.Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and warehouse suppliers, ensuring optimal service levels and performance.Cost Control: Develop and manage the global warehouse budget, continuously seeking cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service levels and operational excellence.Capacity Planning: Ensure that warehouse space is used efficiently and effectively, planning for peak periods and scaling operations to meet business demands.KPI Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, picking efficiency, and inventory accuracy to measure and improve warehouse performance.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong understanding of global warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analytics tools.Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in a warehouse environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team development abilities.Ability to manage complex warehouse networks across multiple regions.Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCMP, Six Sigma) preferred.Experience:

5-8 years of experience in warehouse management or global supply chain operations, with a focus on managing multi-location or international warehouse facilities.Supervisory Responsibilities:
