This role will have occasional on-site expectations.Job Duties

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to our COE and the fulfillment 3PL operations teams, ensuring that all aspects of receiving, inventory management, order processing and shipping are executed with precision and efficiency.Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve order fulfillment accuracy.Vendor Management and Development: Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with 3PL partners, collaborating closely to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and operational processes.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with 3PL partners, ensuring favorable terms and service-level conditions while maximizing value for the organization.Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement streamlined processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to optimize fulfillment operations, minimize errors, and reduce lead times.Technology Utilization: Leverage technology solutions, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order management platforms, to enhance visibility, data accuracy, and reporting within the fulfillment process.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Supplier Oasis Fulfillment Services (SOFS) team, Merchants, Customer Service, Inventory Management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication, creative problem solving and alignment of objectives.Team Development: Coach, mentor, train and develop a high-performing operations teams that extend beyond our own employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the fulfillment process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and minimal disruptions.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.Other duties or missions: as assigned, adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management and fulfillment operations, with a focus on 3PL partnerships, lean practices and continuous improvement.Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing 3PL operations to meet or exceed KPIs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive process improvements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), order management systems (OMS), returns management systems (RMS), among others.Proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management.Leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and develop a diverse team.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment and accountability to delivering high-quality results.Naturally curious and agile, looking for new opportunities and ways of working.Experience hiring and leading diverse teams.Preferred

Professional certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCMP accreditation.Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes and trends.Experience with international logistics and cross-border operations.Base Salary Range - $88,000 - $110,000Physical Requirements

This position requires the incumbent to sit, stand and perform general office functions. The incumbent may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping, and reaching are also frequently required.Equal Employment Opportunity
