Job OverviewAs a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area in a hospitality setting. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders- Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Maintain a clean and organized dining area- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining establishment or hospitality industry is preferred- Knowledge of bar, hotel, or catering operations is a plus- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively- Familiarity with food production processes and quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,731.00 - $63,396.00 per year
